THE VA PLUG TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information or materials provided to The VA Plug.

4. Confidentiality

  • The VA Plug and its virtual assistants will maintain the confidentiality of client information, materials, and business operations.
  • Clients agree not to disclose sensitive information about The VA Plug’s operations, processes, or virtual assistants.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Clients agree to pay for services as per the agreed-upon rates and billing terms.
  • Payment methods, billing cycles, and invoices will be communicated and agreed upon between The VA Plug and the client.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain intellectual property rights to materials and content provided to The VA Plug for tasks.
  • The VA Plug retains the right to use anonymized and non-confidential data for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice as outlined in the agreement.
  • Termination may occur due to breach of these Terms and Conditions or for other valid reasons as per the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The VA Plug is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided.

9. Governing Law
